joeyparsons

hi, i'm joey parsons and i'm building problems, helping teams support agents better.

previously, i worked in infrastructure engineering leadership at figma and airbnb. my last startup effx was acquired by figma. i've built my career around building teams and platforms focused on reliable systems, cloud orchestration, and developer productivity.

i live in a small town called dripping springs just outside of austin, tx with my wife ashley, and our two kids: alistair and pippa. i love shmups, the new york jets, and play a lot of tennis and basketball.

i don't use capital letters.
